Itinerary: Suceava - Siret - Radauti - Campulung Moldovenesc - Vatra Dornei - Suceava

Description: This long tour uses the previous route and then it continues across the picturesque forested hills of Bucovina, across traditional villages hosting magnificent painted monasteries such as the ones in Sucevita and Moldovita. Then you will stop in Campulung Moldovenesc and visit the Great Synagogue of the town, raised between the two world wars. After crossing the scenic Mestecanis Pass, you will reach Vatra Dornei, a charming spa which hosts a 1902, Neoclassical synagogue with a Moorish influence. Our tour takes you back to Suceava in the evening, but we encourage you to stay overnight in Vatra Dornei and explore the region, which has excellent trekking or skiing (according to season) options.
